We want you to be happy with Semantica Learning. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed via Stripe, our payment provider. To request a refund, contact Semantica Learning support with the email address you used at checkout and we will help you.

After 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; you will keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
